| Calling all Trading Floor Secretaries! This international Investment Bank requires 2 Senior Trading Floor secretaries to support Large Teams based on the Trading Floor.
Having 2 years Trading Floor experience will enable you to hit the ground running to answer a busy dealerboard, co-ordinate ever changing diaries, international travel arrangements and producing complex Word, Excel and PowerPoint presentations. You must be very pro-active and remain one step in front as it will be fast paced and very deadline driven. Hours will be 7.30-5.30pm with the requirement for overtime on occasions. Advanced IT skills are required to include: Word/Excel and PowerPoint, 2 Years Trading Floor experience is essential. |
