| This Global Investment Bank are currently looking for a Trading Floor Secretary. Based in the Docklands you will support a large team including senior level management within Equity Capital Markets.
You will possess stable experience having worked within an investment bank for at least 2-3 years, on a trading floor. Responsibilities to include: Prioritising emails received by three MD's. Using your PowerPoint skills to produce regular presentations. Answering the Dealerboard, dealing with calls swiftly and accurately liaising with clients extensively and efficiently. Diary management, booking appointments and travel. The maturity and confidence to deal with very senior management throughout the bank is essential for this role, as is a proactive and articulate telephone manner. You will have a confident adaptable personality with a flexible and professional approach. |
