Then support this high-flying Director and busy team of Traders and become the lynch pin for this busy group in Fixed Income. Organising their every move, you will be the first point of contact for all clients, responding to queries, juggling flirty diaries/itineraries and co-ordinate hectic schedules. You will help produce client presentations, create reports and maintain databases, so a good eye for detail is essential. A pro-active, forward thinking approach is required, together with a flexible, hands-on attitude. 3 years senior secretarial experience within an Investment Banking or Large Blue Chip Organisation is essential, together with advanced MS Office skills. Trading floor experience would be desirable. |
