| Based on the Fixed Income Trading Floor, this is a hectic and demanding role supporting a large team.
This is an ideal opportunity for a bright, energetic and confident team player to work in a fast moving area of Investment Banking. Responsibilities will include: Full secretarial support to the team. Handling a large amount of calls using a dealerboard from clients and taking accurate messages. Arranging international travel itineraries and visas. Reconciliation of monthly expenses. Arranging meetings and booking meeting rooms. You will be a confident, resilient self-starter with a proactive, organised approach. You MUST have worked on a trading floor before. Candidates with banking experience in a similar busy and pressurised environment will only be considered. |
