Based in the city, this Global Investment Bank require a Training Co-ordinator.

Your main responsibilities will be:
Organising courses, registrations, joining instructions to delegates, email joining instructions and delegate lists to course trainer, update registration list which provides course-tracking progress. Room booking & equipment, confirm room and equipment requirements with trainer, confirm rooms with advanced room bookings office and produce course material. You will update attendee reports, produce and check course evaluations. Team responsibilities include supporting the Head of Training, diary management and general admin support such as order stationery, invoicing and processing expenses.

What we are looking for:
Word - Intermediate / Excel - Intermediate / PowerPoint - Intermediate / Typing - Approx 45 (if possible) / Basic Acrobat /
Banking experience - ESSENTIAL!
Ability to communicate both written and oral at all levels within the business. Must be able to work independently, manage changing priorities and accomplish multiple detailed tasks. Flexible with a high sense of accountability and responsibility.
