service company, based in central london, is looking for a new addition to join the training admin and payments team. With a mixture of customer service, administrative and finance work this is a varied role in an interesting environment where you will also feel that you are doing a worthwhile and helpful job.
The department provides training for Engineers and technical specialists from Middle Eastern countries in this country; this could range from an honours or masters degree, to a month specialist training in a remote training centre in Scotland. It will be your job to provide advice and support to the trainees and their families whilst they are in the UK. You will be monitoring their progress and reporting back to their companies, as well as checking expense claims and processing wages. You will also be composing letters on their behalf, liaising with banks, universities, transport companies and hospitals. Your role will be centred on "helping" the trainees and their families settle in to this country with as much ease as possible.
This is a very interesting role, which demands a high level of patience and understanding, as well as a strong background in administration and accounting/payroll work. This position is offered on a temp to perm contract, when permanent it offers great benefits and a competitive salary.
