Are you looking for a young, fun place to kick off your career? A small company with large ambitions is looking for a Training Administration Assistant to join their team. Based in the West End, this firm deals with bespoke media training courses for high profile companies. You will initially be involved with duties such as: putting course packs together, setting up training venues, and purchasing office supplies. After your induction period your responsibilities will increase and you will then go on to varied tasks such as: sourcing and booking new training venues, attending the courses to ensure that they run smoothly, and booking cameramen and appropriate equipment. You will also be expected to work with the trainers to develop the content of all course materials. As this role develops you will move up the ranks and it will be your responsibility to manage the new training administrator that joins the company.
They are looking for either a school-leaver or a new graduate. However, it is essential that you do have a good academic record, you are enthusiastic and motivated, have a smart appearance, and you are exceptionally organised.
