This is an interesting and varied role, where you will be working on behalf of overseas oil companies who wish to send their employees on training courses. By liaising with them you will gain an understanding of the type of course they require. Then you will be researching educational institutes in this country and abroad, assessing their courses to ascertain their suitability for your client. You will be required to assist in all aspects of organising enrolling delegates on the various courses. Therefore you should have excellent administrative skills gained through office experience and a good working knowledge of MS Office. You will also be a good communicator, as you will be required to liaise with people of all levels. You will have the ability to comprehend course content and apply this to your research. Knowledge of the UK higher education system would be advantageous.
