Fast paced Desk Assistant role within Equity Derivatives department of a top Investment Bank. We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Team Secretary with Investment Banking experience to join a dynamic team in one of the most impressive investment banks in London. Our client is based at Canary Wharf and offers outstanding facilities for its staff. This role is extremely varied involving client interaction, dealerboards, arranging meetings/travel, coordinating corporate events, liaising with research departments, interacting with analysts, assisting with desk marketing presentations, and various related duties. Computer literacy is essential. You must enjoy a fast paced work environment and have experience working in Banking, possess excellent communication skills, initiative, and be self-motivated.
