Administration - Administrator with Typing

in London West End

OB TITLE: OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

In this role you will be required to answer the telephone on a daily basis. You will need to deal with Area and Regional Managers requests and be able to construct and type letters, memos and work on spreadsheets, along with other ad hoc duties.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Construct and type correspondence, memos and Forms
Spreadsheet work and analysis
Checking the e mails on a daily basis and responding to queries
Checking and logging an electronic diary on a daily basis
Ordering of stationery and stock items
Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries
Liaising with Area and Regional Managers and dealing with their requests
To deal with machine repair call outs and follow up calls to ensure the job is completed
Ordering fuel for the machines
Deal with all aspects of Health & Safety
Assist with the logging of motoring accidents
Arranging MOT and vehicle servicing and repairs
Other ad hoc duties


EXPERIENCE

Must have at least two years experience of working in an administration role
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/Powerpoint
Very good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritise workloads
Able to use own initiative
Work on your own as well as in a team


WORKING HOURS

Monday to Friday (with Tuesday as a day off) 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Saturday morning from 8.30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
