City Receptionist - Great Benefits

Administration - Administrator with Typing

in London City

We are looking for a candidate to provide a first class reception service and limited facilities support.

The position will promote and deliver first class personal and telephone delivery. You will provide an excellent 'first impression' of the firm with a clear, concise and pleasant manner.

As the successful candidate you will adopt a positive communication style at all times.

Some duties will include:-

-To ensure that telephone calls are answered in the house style and dealt with to the highest standards

-To ensure reception and meeting rooms are maintained and to a high standard.

-To ensure bookings for rooms and resources are delivered and to manage conflicts in resource provision.

-To organise and deliver refreshments to meeting rooms/guests as appropriate

-To ensure the kitchen and reception are adequately provisioned.

-To manage the booking of car park spaces

-To be an integral part of health and safety and security team, to be conscious and vigilant at all times.

We are looking for a candidate to apply their competence in a manner that will improve the commerciality and operational effectiveness of the team and the firm as a whole.
