| The Head of Receptionist role will run a first class reception and administrative support function for a busy blue chip Company.
You will have excellent Communication, Client Services and People Management skills. You will manage guest lunch programme and arrangements. Assist with seminars and client events and you will provide support on occasions for the marketing team. This to include meet and greet, name badge and cloakroom tasks. You will have the ability to forward plan so that you are aware of forthcoming 'special' meetings such as seminars, training, Partners' meetings, etc. As the successful candidate you will have great problem solving techniques and maintain and demonstrate commitment to excellence, even when working under pressure.
