| Helpdesk Administrator A bright and proactive person to provide administrative and organizational support to the Helpdesk Manager of a lively Facilities Management organisation. This will involve use of Microsoft Word and Excel, extensive liaison with clients, sub-contractors and engineers, preparing letters, faxes and emails as well as other ad hoc administration. They are a mixed friendly, and sociable team in a company that is offering progression, good company benefits and job security. Ideally you should have a professional approach to work but with a good sense of humour, excellent telephone manner and previous experience of working to deadlines.
