| This role is for a bright, outgoing and extreamly confident / corporate 2nd jobber with an A'Level standard of Education.
1 Years Office experience required. 40wpm Typing, Good Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. The position of Operations Assistant is one of organisation for the department and personal assistance to the Operations Director and Manager. The main duties of the Operations Assistant are to provide administrative and organisational support to assure the general efficiency and smooth running of the department. REQUIRED SKILLS Administration assistance to Operations Director and the departmental managers Monitoring absence records for the department Attendance reporting Shift organisation Liaising with HR in coordinating training and technical development for staff Project Support (filing) Assisting in the organisation of departmental social events Maintenance of the departmental Intranet site In addition to these general duties, the Operations Assistant has daily responsibilities specific to the business, which requires the successful candidate to possess the following soft skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint Excellent organisational skills Willingness to help Pro-active Efficient Accurate Reliable Good communication skills - both written and verbal |
