Administration - Administrator with Typing

in London Greater North

A temporary assignment has arisen for a "Play Team" Administrator to work for a local government organisation in Barnet. You will be reporting directly to the Play Manager. This position is to cover for maternity and the forthcoming Summer Playscheme.

Available immediately, the assignment will last until the end of November *****(approx). Please note that it is ESSENTIAL that any applicant has an enhanced CRB check in place.

The ideal applicant will have proven administrative and secretarial experience, preferably in an educational or similar environment. Cash handling skills are required. Experience of monitoring budgets is desirable but not essential. IT literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access etc. Minimum of 30 wpm typing. Ability to minute meetings. Excellent communication/organisational skills. Awareness of Data Protection Act and knowledge of basic financial procedures is essential. You should be friendly, reliable and flexible in approach. Able to attend occasional out of hours meetings/events.
