This is an excellent opportunity to join a Property management, Refurbishment and Interior Design organisation. The role would ideally suit someone that enjoys working in a small team, and has excellent administration skills. Your main duties will be to deal with Property management i.e.: maintenance problems, tenant queries, communication with landlords and tenants, scheduling and undertaking inspections and also arranging letting agents for vacant properties including follow up.
You will also be assisting the interior designer with procurement, design, customer liaison and co-ordination of projects and furnishings. The client is looking for a good all round administrator with excellent communication skills, problem solving abilities, able to co-ordinate and organise managers diaries and the ability to handle pressure. The right candidate should have good word, excel and outlook exp, 2/3 year in a previous property management role, and previous secretarial exp.
