PC, WP and Database literate Well spoken, corporate presentation. SORRY NO GRADUATES Job Title: Administrative Assistant Department: IP Hours of work: 9.30am to 5.30pm with flexibility needed at all times Reporting to: Katharine Stephens, Partner OBJECTIVE OF ROLE Working closely with the Paralegal team, the individual will provide administrative support to the IP Department. This job description is not exhaustive and the job holder may be required to undertake additional duties from time to time to ensure the smooth running of the department. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES To provide general administrative assistance e.g. typing, copying, filing To input data onto a number of systems To prepare bundle indicies for trial To ensure that the archiving of files is carried out in accordance with the Firm’s procedures within a timely manner SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES Good speech and personal presentation; confident, self possessed individual with a mature attitude towards work; Ability to stay calm; Proven keyboard skills; Excellent administrative and organisational skills; Proven methodical approach with excellent attention to detail; Proven initiative and an ability to adapt to changing priorities; Able to work as a team member; and Flexibility regarding working hours. |
