Job Title: Workflow Administrator

Department: Finance

Location:Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
Ideally you will need a car but the location can be reached from the train Station by Bus.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE POSITION

The division now seeks a person to join our existing administration team at Tunbridge Wells.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Good level of general education.
Excellent administration, communication and typing skills.
Ability to work in team environment.
Organised and methodical approach with the ability to pay attention to detail.
Sound working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

Daily tasks:

Administrating and monitoring the account analysis process from allocation through to completion on the database workflow screens.
Produce daily accounts analysis statistics using Excel.
Log Annual Report and Accounts and Lloyd's Syndicates daily on the database.
Update daily on the database..
Regular maintenance of the database including creating and deleting of company records.
Responsible for the maintenance of the library of company files including all filing, archiving and creating of new files.
Type and update broker questionnaires.



Key tasks:

Produce weekly productivity figures using Excel.
Collating and exporting weekly updates from intenal systems to BVD and Fitch products.
Assist in the production of a fortnightly Operations report.
Monitor competitor analysis weekly using Excel and PowerPoint.
Update both the database and product currency files on a monthly basis.
Produce PowerPoint slides on a quarterly basis for use at staff meetings.
Undertake various ad-hoc projects as necessary.

TRAINING

Full training on a daily basis will be giving.
