| Graduate level candidate required with proven track record and advanced numeracy and literacy. Must have min. 3 years exp. in a service industry. Experience in a marketing/project related activity is also desirable.
Main responsibilities to include overseeing and managing of accounts, opening process to ensure accounts are opened quickly and accurately and that processes conform to relevant ISO documentation. Oversee and manage account amendment. Primarily responsible for maintenance of records on company system. Handle all queries and liaison with third parties both inside and outside the company. Applicants must be computer literate - i.e Microsoft Office or similar with Advanced Excel. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Capable of drafting own correspondence etc. You must also be of smart appearance, reliable and punctual. Hours of work are 9-5 with some flexibility to stay late if required.
