| Please only apply if you have 1-2 years experience or a graduate with 2 A levels C+ looking to move into a research role. Strong secretarial skills are an advantage and working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint are an advantage.
The Responsibilities To include. Assisting the Research Manager with invoice processing. Dealing with all issues that may arise. Assisting the Research Manager with preparation for the UK Operations and European Corporate Finance Induction Course, including the preparation of materials. Help organise the UK and European Research Network gatherings and conference calls. Provide support to the Senior Manager and Senior Researchers with the production of marketing materials, the procedures manual, maintenance of standard lists and training documents for end-user systems. Acting as the first point of contact for the team and dealing with quick research requests. Assisting one of the Senior Researchers with the formatting of the Technology, Media and Entertainment daily newsletter. Organising and co-ordinating research training clinics and other end-user training initiatives. Arranging training/demonstrations for the Researchers on new products and dealing with course bookings. Dealing with ad-hoc Research requests. Distributing publications within the Research Team and Corporate Finance. Keeping all files up-to-date with any correspondence. Providing support to the research team as requested. The role is approximately: 60% administration; 20% invoice processing; and. 20% quick research tasks |
