| Pro-active person to provide admin and clerical support to a lively and sociable team in the project department of a well known International engineering, construction and consultancy firm. Your day to day duties will include registering all the incoming mail, drawings and plans. Entering the details onto a database.Maintaining document registers and file correspondence. Photocopying, filing, faxing and binding as required. Doing stock control of stationery and reordering supplies as necessary. Liaising with project managers, other team members, post room and print room. You will need clear and effective communication both in person and on the telephone, a methodical way of working with good attention to detail, computer literacy with knowlege of Word and Excel |
