Please only apply if you have previous administrative experience and a typing speed of around 50wpm.

The postholder will be responsible for supporting the work of the Business Manager which includes administration, finance and IT. Main duties will include assisting in the maintenance of efficient administration and financial systems, (including administering Petty Cash), assisting in the maintenance of an effective database, assisting in managing the IT requirements of the project, ensuring
information on the project and is kept up to date and is readily available, welcoming visit to the project and dealing with all initial enquiries by telephone, email and letter, and assisting with the distribution of publicity materials. The successful candidate should have previous administrative experience, good numeracy skills, accuracy and attention to detail, good MS Office skills, typing of ideally 50wpm, excellent communication skills, and strong organisational skills.
