| Description
As administrative assistant within the Business Services Department of this well known company in the Finance world you will have 3 main responsibilities: > Telephonist, answering the company's main switchboard; > Receptionist, greeting visitors to the company; > Providing administrative support to the Unit. Your duties will be wide and varied, from ensuring meeting rooms are kept in a clean and tidy condition, to maintaining Excel Spreadsheets and updating PowerPoint presentations for the team. Ideally you will be a school leaver with 1 years work experience. You must have a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint, good keyboard skills and experience of operating a switchboard.
