Our client, a world leading managment group require a strong administrator.

Please only apply if you have.
Solid 18 months experience in a corporate environment
Min 5 GCSES (including Maths & English)
PC, WP literate on MSOffice Applications

The Role
The UK Compliance department provides vital control disciplines for our client and all its personnel in their adherence to legal, regulatory and audit obligations.

The Responsibilities
Processing and control of quarterly compliance team.
Processing of invoices.
Stationery control.
Maintenance of compliance website.
Processing of MOD security clearance applications.
Responding to general enquiries in relation to all of the above.
Support and assistance to management and colleagues.


The Person
5 GCSEs including English and Maths or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 18 months experience of an administrative nature within a professional environment.
Intermediate in Microsoft Word, basic Excel. Knowledge of Powerpoint would be useful but not essential.
Understanding and experience of using websites.
An ability to demonstrate an adaptable approach to handle the wide range of tasks and projects received by the unit.
