Wembley based manufacturing organisation is looking for a Part-time administrator.

The role involves:
- Typing of standard letters
- Updating of records (sickness / holidays etc)
- Updating various databases and MS office packages
- Communication with the finance department
- Adhoc duties when required

The type of person for this role has to:
- Have good MS packages
- Be extremely organised and tidy
- Take responsibility for their own work
- Have excellent communication skills

This would suit someone who lives local to the area and wants to work just mornings (4 hours per day / 5 days a week). This is an ongoing temporary assignment and we are looking for someone to commit long term.
