The role is to provide high quality organisation and administrative support to the client service team of one of the largest clients in the department. The successful candidate will be one of two client administrators supporting the team. The role requires initiative and flexibility, suiting an efficient organiser. To be successful, the job holder will need to be confident, assertive and have the ability to prioritise their own workload.
The Responsibilities
Act as focal point for the client service team and as a central point of contact for all global issues and questions.
Arrange client meetings (Expatriates and Locals), process Inland Revenue documents following the meetings
Co-ordinate all statistical and reports, maintain financial data and client information using internal systems
Act as a resource for client service team and client, ensuring that problems are kept to a minimum and that the overall department image is promoted.
Liaise with Inland Revenue.
Handle correspondence and administration relating to the client, including Tax Return Organisers, dealing with Inland Revenue correspondence and managing standard documents in order that client confidentiality is maintained and that a professional service is provided.
Maintain task tracking information on database. This is a significant responsibility as it is completely relied upon to monitor progress of work e.g. tax returns.
Review client service team's filing, monitor setting up maintenance of filing, liaising with filing clerk to ensure files are up to date and manageable.
Co-ordinate/liaise with the central client team in Paris
The Individual
You will need the following qualifications, skills and experience:
Minimum of 2 years' administrative experience involving internal and external co-ordination.
5 GCSEs or equivalent at grades A-C including English and Maths
A-Level/GNVQs qualifications (preferable)
Advanced level in MicoSoft Word, Excel and a basic level in PowerPoint this role are as follows:
