Our retail client currently has a great opportunity within their Customer Support Team for an articulate and experienced After Sales Customer Services Assistant.

Whilst managing post sale, customer queries over the telephone and electronic mail, you will be a pro-active team player with advanced written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to customer care.

You will have the ability to manage difficult customers and take responsibility for queries. This role requires the ability to look for solutions and problem solve whilst maintaining the high standard of Customer service that my client currently provides.

This role is on a “Temp to Perm” basis, therefore applicants with a short term availability will not be considered. Please note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
