| A young and lively construction company in the city of London is looking for a Facilities co-ordinator to join their expanding team of engineers.
You will be producing and updating engineers schedules on a daily and weekly basis and distributing workflow to the operations team as required. Situated on the help desk you will be logging call outs and client requests along with survey requirements and health and safety issues. The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar industry. You will have experience in Logging, Monitoring and Scheduling maintenance issues along with a general facilities knowledge/background. You will be an advanced MS Office used, familiar with running reports on Word and Excel. You will also have a flexible attitude and will be happy to "muck in" with additional facilities tasks when required. |
