PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING 2 years + Solid administration experience Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience Finance experience Secretarial / Organisational skills 35wpm Typing The Role To provide high quality secretarial and administrative support to the Standard Chartered Global Client Service team in London and be partners secretary to allocated Partners. The main aim of the Client Administrator role is to enhance the co-ordination of provision of services to support developing client initiatives and support the Global Lead Partner in Global co-ordination of the overseas offices. The role requires initiative, flexibility and discretion. The individual will need to be confident, assertive and have the ability to prioritise their own workload in order to meet the needs of the partners and the departments. A professional image must be presented at all times. The Responsibilities Partners secretary (35%) Client administration (65%) to include: Finance Raise fee notes on account and covering letters for signature in accordance with agreed audit budget. Prepare monthly analysis of total audit costs to date versus fees billed on account for Manager review and assist in monitoring costs. Review WIP and provisions to ensure work is being billed regularly and correctly. Draft fee letters and fee notes for authorisation by Senior Manager and Partner. Organise Client and Internal Meetings Organise and attend internal meetings and take minutes of meetings where required. Prepare detailed minutes of meetings. Group Audit Co-ordination Monitor the receipt of correspondence from overseas offices and distribute as appropriate within the Client Service Team. Establish and maintain the contacts database. Create and maintain a publications database. Arrange client entertainment. Co-ordination of overseas offices. General Administration General administration for the Client Service Team and SCB Lead Partner including Travel arrangements, Audit room facilities, Maintenance of the filing system, archiving etc The Individual Task Management Client Service Professional Judgement Resilience Ability to learn new skills Excellent communication skills Personal Effectiveness Time management Able to demonstrate use of initiatve Qualifications 5 GCSEs grade A-C including English and Maths 2 A levels preferable Typing - 30/35 wpm IT skills to include - Word (Advanced level) - Outlook (Intermediate level) - Excel (Advanced level) - Internet A minimum of 2 years administration experience |
