calibre staff advise our customers on the commercial impact of technology and market changes.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Group Administrator to join our Telecoms business group working for approximately 25 people. The
role is highly varied and you will be required to manage a range of day-to-day responsibilities including general administration; utilising the
company CRM and project management systems, organising meetings, copying, binding and printing, logging enquiries, completing expenses, etc as well
providing spontaneous support and providing ad-hoc cover for the main
reception. In addition the role offers the opportunity to assist with
research for advisory services, which can include; undertaking web searches,
conducting telephone interviews, collecting and collating data, updating and
writing articles and analysing financial data.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level, have 1-2 years office
experience as well as possessing excellent writing skills. Highly organised,
with good attention to detail you will need the ability to work under
pressure and have an excellent telephone manner. You will have a good
working knowledge of Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook and the internet.
