This is a small but thriving company supplying photocopiers and other office
equipment to companies throughout London and surrounding areas. This is a
high calibre position offering much more involvement and scope than you
would get in a large company. You will be the first point of contact for
clients needing help. You will be taking details of their requirements and
arrange for an engineer to visit. The company have 4 engineers with whom you
will work closely as you will be arranging their daily schedules, booking
out the supplies that they will need to complete each job and arranging
their calls in the most beneficial order. You will keep records of stores
used and in stock and re-order as required. You will also provide backup to
the Office Manager and Managing Director. A well-organised and numerate
admin person with the potential to progress to office management would be
ideal. You will need to be computer literate, as you will be using their
in-house data system and MSWord. Good communication at all levels and
excellent telephone skills are essential.
