Administration - Administrator

in London South West

Salary - £12,000 plus incentive and benefits.

Position will involve maintaining comprehensive knowledge of company and departmental products, advising on company related membership benefits and exchange services, processing new membership enrollments, processing exhange confirmations, meeting and exceeding productivity targets, promoting products of the company, making outbound telephone calls and proof reading of company literature.

Applicants must be educated to GCSE standard and a travel/tourism qualification is desirable. Applicants must have a minimum of one years customer service experience and must have a basic geographical knowldge. Call centre and sales experience are desirable.

Applicants must also have basic keyboard skills, a clear telephone manner, be able to pay attention to detail, be self motivated with excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work on own initiative and have a high standard of customer service. A knowledge of other European languages would be an advantage
