| An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a large organisation that implements decisions for a voluntary organisation. This is made up of numerous developed and developing nations around the world.
There is an opening for an Admin Assistant working within the corporate services division that provides accommodation, property services and a full range of office services. You will be responsible for providing administrative services to a manager and a team in an efficient and effective manner. Duties will include diary management, processing of payments, updated records, organising meetings and appointments, taking basic minutes and typing of letters. To succeed in this role you will have a minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative capacity and be educated to O level or equivalent standard. You will need to demonstrate some financial record keeping experience, organisation and prioritising and excellent communication skills. A distinct advantage would be previous working experience within a local government (or similar) in addition to experience of working in a multicultural environment.
