| Office Administrator with excellent IT, communication and organisation skills required to ensure the smooth running of a small office.
This is a hands-on position which would suit a flexible all-rounder with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position. The role will encompass: - general administration - facilities management - personnel administration - travel arrangements - arranging meetings - telephone and reception duties Some accounts experience would be preferable but is not essential, however must be numerate and be comfortable working with figures. Knowledge of Sage Line 50 an advantage. The successful applicant must also have some knowledge of: - MS Office & Windows *****including Windows *****network - Telecoms systems Salary: £18-£20k dependant on experience, plus benefits |
