A relaxed and friendly media company in NW1 is looking for an efficient and hard-working Office/Accounts Manager to handle the smooth running of the office and daily accounts.

Reporting to the Director you will be responsible for two main roles as follows:

Accounts:

* Coding and recording invoices payable and receivable on Quickbooks software.
* Setting up payment of bills by cheque or BACS.
* Processing monthly payroll using Sage 50 Payroll and making statutory returns to HMRC.
* Maintaining company Cash Flow report and entering transactions.
* Following up outstanding invoices with customers and dealing with enquiries regarding payments from suppliers.
* Processing monthly bank reconciliations.
* Other ad hoc duties as may arise.


Office Manager: *****

* *****General office administrative duties such as procurement of office supplies, faxing.
* *****Handling phone enquiries, post and deliveries
* *****Managing petty cash and company chequebook.
* *****Liaising with office suppliers (e.g. cleaners, water, landlord), and other professionals as required.
* *****Other duties as required by the Director or Department Heads.
