Are you flexible, organised, accurate, trustworthy, articulate, helpful and enthusiastic? If so, read on….. The role of Office Administrator in this busy professional society in Hammersmith is key to our operation and success. We are seeking a logical and organised approach to this varied job that includes: e-mail, post duties, membership administration, photocopying, filing, data entry, updating contact lists, maintaining stationery stocks, mailing standard information, providing refreshments, shopping and reception duties that includes answering the phone, taking deliveries and making visitors welcome. We require you to have a high standard of English language comprehension and communication (written and verbal) and there is a good proportion of high-quality finished work that requires accuracy and attention to detail. A certain amount of initiative and tact would be an advantage, especially in relation to telephone enquiries. |
