Working for a large organisation within London your main duties will be to assist the Office manager in the smooth running of the office facilities including ordering stocks of stationery and other supplies, office security, distribution of publications, booking meeting rooms and postal duties. You will be dealing with people face to face and also on the telephone so good communication skills are a must. You will also be making travel and accomodation arrangements and other admin tasks. The client asks that you will be educated to at least GCSE Level, at least 1 years exp working within a busy office environment, be organised and a team player.
