| Our client, is a large retail organization and we are looking for a proactive Admin Coordinator to support the Operations and HR teams by ensuring accurate reporting, administration and communication to maximize business performance. This will be based in head office and will involve some travel to various stores /meetings
Key responsibilities will include: • Diary Management and Travel arrangements. • Liaising with people of all levels. • Providing timely reports to team with regards to; costs, budgets, etc • HR administration - Offer letter, referencing, minute taking. • Set up meetings and collate all documents The ideal candidate is highly organised, a person who naturally takes charge, with a can-do attitude. You must also have fluency in Microsoft packages; excellent numeric and verbal skills and must be able to multitask. Strong interpersonal skills are essential and the ability to manage upwards.
