| This company organise all sorts of training for the employees of various overseas companies. While the trainees are in the UK they are paid allowances and expenses. As a Payments and Admin Counsellor you will act as first point of contact for your designated trainees. Providing an information, advise and support service to the trainees on financial and personal issues. You will be checking expences claims. Counsel trainees on their benefits and entitelments in accordance with their emploers policy. Setting up payment schedules. Drafting correspondence on a wide range of issues. e.g. You may need to interface on a trainees behalf with Banks, Council Tax Offices, Landlords, Schools etc. Maintain all records on a coputerised system. This job would suit someone with a customer service or financial background. You should have a minimum of 2 years experience and 'o' level/ GCSE in English and Maths. Confident telephone manner and computer literate.
