| A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Projects Co-ordination to join a team responsible for co-ordinating research projects through the operations division.
Duties include: • Scheduling of all new jobs • Advising the research executive on timetables • Rescheduling jobs where necessary by negotiating with operations departments • Managing the scheduling database • Maintaining the job histories on project files. • Providing budget information to the operations team • Filing and general administrative duties. Successful candidates will possess out-standing communication skills, be comfortable with a constantly changing environment, maintain a level head when under pressure and enjoy working in a team.
