Our client, a leading Central London based property organization is currently looking for a highly accurate, proactive and motivated candidate to ensure accurate maintenance of their extensive property database.
Duties include:
„X Accurate input and management of information on internal database
„X Posting, printing and dispatching invoices for rent and additional service charges
„X Reconciliation of tenant accounts
„X Dealing with internal and external enquiries

The role will involve lots of liaising with the credit control and lettings departments as well as banks and external property managers, and as such successful candidates must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build excellent working relationships.
Applicants must also have strong administration & IT skills, specifically relating to Word & Excel, and be highly numerical.
