| An exciting airport organization is looking for a recruitment administrator to start on the 28th July *****at Heathrow airport. This will be a 9 to 12 month contract and the successful candidate will be responsible for providing first class administrative support to the Recruitment Team.
Key responsibilities: • Supporting the Resourcing Advisers with administration. • Managing all internal and external post and respond/file appropriately. • Liaising with Head office & suppliers with the bookings of careers events and selection. • Ensuring adequate supply’s of all selection material. • Preparing induction packs and ensure adequate supply’s of canteen cards and car park passes. • Raising all purchase orders and manage that process. • Department filing and quarterly archiving. • Referencing those candidates with an ID pass. • Producing ad-hoc reports as required. • Producing and maintain monthly management rotas • Dealing with ad-hoc queries from shop floor staff and manage the telephones when necessary. • Maintaining stationary and tea/coffee supplies • Attending weekly team meetings. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. The candidate must be self motivated whilst being able to work effectively within a team. Excellent PC skills are essential and knowledge of Lotus Notes is preferable . The candidate must be to manage their time effectively. The contract is for 9 to 12 months but could be extended.
