The vacancy is in the Registration's area in the TAS department. The main duties involve:

- updating client details on the shareholders register, including the registration of legal documents, changes of address, distribution mandates and stock transfers.
- Maintaining regular savings accounts (increases/decreases/change of bank details) and issuing out of date or rejected distribution cheques.
- Liaison with other areas such as our Call Centre and Client Services team.

You will report to the team leader but you will be responsible for organising your own work to ensure that deadlines are met

Qualifications
- Basic PC skills
- The ability to process quickly and accurately
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Educated to A level standard or the equivalent BTEC standard
- The position requires the candidate to be flexible, as it may be necessary to work additional hours when backlogs arise.

The candidate would also be encouraged to take the IAQ qualifications as part of the role.

A degree of product knowledge would be preferable
