A leading professional organisation is seeking an experienced administrator to work as Project Administrator.

Reporting to the Project Manager you will be responsible for providing all round project support producing presentations updating the contact database and general administrative duties such as filling, compiling responses and arranging meetings. Other duties will include telephone support, documenting minutes from meetings and ensuring that all communications are followed up tracking actions and responses from meetings.

To succeed in this role you will have up to two years administrative support in an office environment with an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office with the ability to create documents in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Confident communication skills are essential along with the ability
