| Our client requires an experienced administrator with a banking background for an involved Temp - Perm vacancy.
Job title: Institutional Sales Administrator Reports to: Client Relationship Executive Job Purpose: To provide a support service to the Client Relations Executive and as directed by the Institutional Sales UK Management Team. The main purpose of the role involves: Providing administrative support to the above individuals and other members of the team in respect of servicing institutional clients To resolve basic and routine administrative problems for clients, with a view to resolving more complex problems over time To liaise with clients on a day-to-day basis and provide support to the whole team in respect of client issues Maintain client information Arrange Trustee Investment meetings including pre presentation packs and checking related presentations To assist in the monitoring and recording of all correspondence from clients and related consultants ensuring they are forwarded to the correct department and responded to within the agreed standards of service To assist in the production of the team’s management reports eg. KPI’s, Senior Management Reports as required. Key technical skills, experience and essential qualifications: At least 6 months work experience Good IT skills, especially Word and Excel Customer relations experience an advantage |
