This is an involved people oriented admin position. Please apply if you have; Solid Administration work history Experience within a corporate environment Excellent organisation and communication skills Strong MS Office Skills Word, Excel and PowerPoint Salary is from £22,000 - 25,000. The department consists of approximately 80 client service staff and 5 support staff. The clients are a mix of Insurance and Pensions. The Responsibilities Responsible for Retain (staff planning tool) within the department and dealing with all resourcing requests & queries (55%) Regular liaison with the staff manager regarding any resourcing issues (5%) Dealing with all training bookings, cancellations and issues.Also develop and promote an understanding of the mandatory training requirements for all grades (10%) Responsible for department timesheet submission and approval; monitoring weekly utilisation and investigating all non-chargeable time (5%) Acting as first point of approval for all department holiday / studybank requests and monitoring individuals' balances (5%) Responsible for smooth transition of all new joiners into the department, ensuring each is allocated an appropriate mentor and all administrative aspects are adhered to (5%) Collating Performance Review Form's (PRF's) for all staff throughout the year and ensuring the half-yearly and annual appraisal process in the department runs smoothly (5%) Maintenance of the department database of staff information and all personnel files (5%) Assisting with Ad hoc projects as appropriate (5%) The Person You will need the following qualifications, skills and experience: At least 3 year's administration experience working in a team environment 5 GCSE's or equivalent at grades A-C (including English) Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Key competencies for this role are: |
