| Our client, a large charity organization, currently has an exciting opportunity for a Social Work Administrator to join their busy team. Based in a central London Hospital your duties include:
- *****Secretarial and Administration support - *****Arranging meetings including venues, catering, agenda’s, minute taking. - *****Monitoring of office supplies - *****Set up, maintain and update databases - generate standard reports/summaries. - *****Maintenance of files and electronic records. - *****Liaising with internal and external professionals. - *****General administration. - *****Dealing with sensitive issues ***** This is 25 hours a week base over 5 days The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, advanced prioritisation and organisational skills. It is essential that the successful candidate has previous administrative experience and the ability to work to tight deadlines in a dynamic environment. First interviews are held in Holborn, central London. Due to the nature of the role you will have to go through a full security and background check Questions: 1.
