Working for this prestigious Investment Bank within the HR Department you will be heavily involved with updating databases and dealing with any queries. If you have an HR background and enjoy working to deadlines in a team environment this could be the job for you. Starting immediately this role requires a really motivated and proactive worker


Daily Responsibilities will include:
Inputting of data into HR Database
Running and organising reports
Organising staff flu vaccinations
Providing support to the HR department
Taking on any ad hoc projects
Supporting the Service Centre and helping with any queries
Monitoring holidays and sickness
Processing invoices.

Required Skills
Must have the ability to work to strict deadlines
Confident telephone manner and excellent communicator
Good time management skills and efficiency
Word, Excel and Lotus Notes
Must be proactive and motivated
