Team Administrator to the Finance Department - Heathrow

in London Hounslow

Our client is a really busy retail and leisure organisation based in Heathrow. We are looking for some who can start ASAP to complete a 3 month contract (with the high probability of being extended)

Duties will involve
- Typing
- Liaising at all levels
- Diary management
- Invoice management
- Assisting with reports
- Use of all MS packages including word, excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Answering calls
- Adhoc duties when required

We are looking for a confident, outgoing individual who has the ability to look after a team administrative needs
This is starting ASAP. First interviews are held in Holborn, Central London.
