| Reliable and conscientious person to support the main receptionist during busy periods and breaks, help with general clerical work, distribution of post, booking and giving instructions to couriers and messengers, checking deliveries against orders. You should have a smart appearance and good telephone manner, be versatile and enthusiastic and willing to handle different tasks including making refreshments for the Directors and Visitors. This is a well paid position in a secure and sociable company.
